• Device Data: We may request access to your device's camera (with your explicit permission) solely for the purpose of allowing you to upload images for the AI to analyze.

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process (via Supabase).
• To provide our AI processing services (via Google Gemini API).
• To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users.
• To request feedback and contact you about your use of our App.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

• Google Gemini API: For processing chat inputs and images to generate AI responses.
• Supabase: For user authentication and secure storage of your data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your chat data is stored locally on your device and securely on our Supabase servers. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. You can do this directly from the "Profile/Settings" section within the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
